2. Description of Service
Reechee provides a B2B sales intelligence platform that monitors software review sites to surface sales opportunities, pain points analysis, and buying signals. Our services include opportunity alerts, pain points reports, pitch generation, and related features.
We may reduce or pause certain background processing features, including monitoring and alerts, for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Activity on your account will automatically restore full service functionality.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Our services are offered through subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
- Free trial: Some plans include a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Credits
Certain features require credits to use. Credits are included in your subscription plan. Unused credits roll over to the next billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-collect data from our services beyond the intended use
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
- Use the data obtained through our services to harass, spam, or engage in unsolicited outreach in violation of applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Reechee and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, you agree that we may send you service and transactional emails required to operate your account, as well as occasional marketing and product-update emails such as newsletters and feature announcements. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reechee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reechee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
