Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up Reechee?

About 5 minutes. Sign up, pick the competitor products you want to monitor, and you're done. No technical setup, no integrations required, no IT involvement.

What if the product I want to track isn't listed?

Request it and we'll add it within 1-2 business days. We cover 130,000+ B2B software products across G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, and SourceForge, so chances are it's already there.

Is Reechee only for B2B SaaS companies?

Yes. We're built specifically for B2B SaaS go-to-market teams - sales, marketing, and product. The review platforms we monitor and the intelligence we surface are tailored to that world.

Which review platforms does Reechee monitor?

G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, and SourceForge. LinkedIn and Reddit monitoring are on the roadmap.

How quickly will I know about a new review?

Once a review is published on a platform, we detect it within 24 hours - most alerts arrive same-day. Keep in mind that review platforms moderate submissions before publishing, so there can be a delay between when someone writes a review and when it goes live.

Do I only get alerted on negative reviews?

Not necessarily. We alert you whenever a review contains at least one actionable pain point - even if it's a 5-star review with detailed complaints in the cons section. It's about frustration signals, not star ratings.

What information is included in each opportunity?

Every alert includes the review text, star rating, company name, industry, size, and location, plus AI-extracted pain points. Reviewer details like name, job title, and LinkedIn profile can be unlocked with credits. Email and phone numbers can be discovered through our enrichment partners - if we can't find them, the credit is refunded.

Do you send alerts for anonymous reviews?

No. We only create opportunity alerts when we've successfully identified the person behind the review. If a review is fully anonymous and we can't match it to a real person, it won't show up in your opportunities feed. This means every opportunity you see comes with at least a reviewer name, job title, and company - the baseline you need to actually do something with it.

How do you identify reviewers when reviews are anonymous or partially hidden?

Different review platforms expose different levels of information - some show full names, others only show a job title and company, and some just display a profile picture. We've built proprietary identification technology that cross-references these partial signals (profile photos, company names, job titles, departments) across multiple data sources to match reviewers to real professional profiles. The specifics vary by platform since each one structures reviewer data differently. When we can't make a confident match, we don't guess - that review simply isn't surfaced as an opportunity.

What is the Buying Committee feature?

When you unlock a buying committee, we identify 2-4 additional decision-makers at the reviewer's company - economic buyers, technical evaluators, and champions - with their roles and LinkedIn profiles. It costs 1 credit and is only charged if we find 2 or more contacts.

What are Pain Points Reports?

Pain Points Reports aggregate every frustration across all reviews for a tracked product. Instead of reading reviews one by one, you see categorized trends - what's rising, what's persistent, and what's been broken for months.

What is Pitch Copilot?

Pitch Copilot generates personalized outreach for email, LinkedIn, and sales calls based on the specific frustrations a prospect reported. It references their pain points without mentioning the actual review, so your outreach feels relevant, not creepy.

Can I connect Reechee to my CRM or other tools?

Yes. Scale and Agency plans include webhook integrations that push opportunity data to any tool that accepts webhooks - Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, and more.

Can my whole sales team use Reechee?

Scale and Agency plans include unlimited team members with a shared credit pool and shared watchlist. Everyone sees the same opportunities and can unlock contacts from the team's credit balance.

Is my team's data private?

Yes. Each team's watchlist, opportunities, and unlocked contacts are completely private. There's no cross-team data sharing.

How do I get help if I have more questions?

Email us at [email protected]. Agency plan customers get a dedicated account manager. We typically respond within a few hours on business days.
